If you have kids in school, you can’t have enough school related scrapbook pages. 

Click for a larger view, then save to your computer. Open in any graphics program, and insert your pictures. Add your text, and you’ll have an instant scrapbook page. I use Paint Shop Pro. On these photos, I feathered the edges about 26%..
